Alex has grown up so much! How is it that he is old enough to have a hunting license & to carry a gun?! When he took the hunter safety course in the spring, he only missed one question on the final test.

With mixed emotions, Ashley is not dancing this year - the first year since she was 2! Middle school seems to agree with her. She is doing well in school and has taken on another sport - volleyball.

We just barely got home from a softball round robin tournament that the Lady Dawgs hosted to shower, change and get to Rainbow Installation.

Gosh they grow up quick. I bet Alex had fun with his dad. What were they hunting? What did he see?
Drew & Alex went up to Bill's place last Sunday to do some work on their house up north. There was no school on Tuesday the 23rd so it was a good opportunity for the boys to go up north.
While Drew & Bill worked, Alex was allowed to ride the four-wheeler on the trails (with his gun) and shoot squirrels.
It would be great for Alex to add his own account but we are forever battling to get him to do his homework so for now, you've just got be entertained by the photos I can share from the camera and from the tales I know a little about.
