this is blury but cool to give the whole effect. would have been much better without the kids tv on but it's too cold to go back out now.
fortunately i have had the tree on the front porch out there for weeks so it has icicles all over it an looks like we've been decorated all along. the same goes for the wreath. it is a fresh wreath we got when we cut the tree.

alex only broke a few icicles getting the wreath up. i'm sure we didn't do something right so drew will have to go fix it. it looked like he wound the wire around the screws pretty good.
thanks little buddy, now go clean your room! :)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas ...
Has NOTHING happened in a week? I love the chatter and pictures.
drew & i have been working 7 days a week since after thanksgiving. tonight i'm actually working at the giant new house on aunt maida's property. they are really nice people and have made good use of the features of the environment of the property.
toot toot! yaba daba doo! fred, i'm home! ~ i didn't actually run over any of my students in the parking lot on the way out.
hi ho hi hooooo - off to work i go now. i'm turning my electric blanket on now so it will be toasty when i crawl in many hours from now.
You need Dragon Naturally Speaking. You could tell your story while doing something else and it would type for you. Hang in there.
Love, Dad
we are now driven in a whole new way. i told drew there are many things i would really love to have but really nothing i want more than a for sale sign in the front yard.
the future is scary yet long over due and so exciting. i don't see light in the tunnel yet but i can feel it trying to bust in. the light will bust through when i have purged and re-evaluated stuff so much that the house is ready for the sign to go up.
thanks for the supprt, we're going to need more moral support and encuragement. things can really only get better. we don't often make changes that make our lives better. we're 10 years overdue and it already feels good to have the opportunity to make things so much better. we deserve better, our kids deserve better.
right now - i've got much to do between now and monday.
i'm looking forward to what christmas is supposed to be about - family, not stuff.
